Terms of Service

General Information

You must read and agree to the conditions below before working with me (the artist). By submitting payment, you agree to the terms listed here.

General

I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
I reserve the right to update commission prices and information at any time. However, an already agreed commission on a specific budget will not have its price changed.
All communication will be documented via email, social media, or Discord.
All communication with the client will be kept private unless agreed otherwise.
I reserve the right to the image, distribution, and use of the artwork.
If the client wishes to use the commissioned image for commercial purposes or keep it private, a commercial license must be discussed and purchased.
Please save your final artwork to your own device or cloud storage. I can’t guarantee I will keep previous files forever.

Payment

Payment is required upfront. Commissions will not be started until the full payment is completed or an agreed amount is funded (for payment plans).
Refunds: The client will receive a full refund (without deductions from PayPal or payment processor fees) if I cancel the commission.

Process

To order: Please send me an email or Discord message with your idea and references. I use a slot system. If slots are full, you may ask to be added to the waiting list.
If there are no visual references and only written descriptions, a design fee may be charged. Any major revision (such as changing the pose, character, outfit, or scene) or extra revisions will be charged an additional fee.
After payment is completed, I will send WIPs and sketches for client review.
Once the commission is finished, the client will receive a high-quality PNG file via email or Discord. Any other format or resolution that can be exported from my drawing software can be requested at no extra cost, as long as I still have the source file.

Deadlines

Depending on the complexity of the commission, completion time may take between 1 week to 2 months.
I will send WIPs and updates when relevant progress has been made.
Clients may ask for updates, but please be considerate.
I will inform clients in advance if any delays occur.

Rights / Copyrights / Permissions'

By default, commissions are for personal use only. The client may not use the artwork for commercial purposes.
Personal / non-commercial uses include:
Using the artwork as a profile picture or banner on social media.
Printing the artwork for personal use.
Cropping or resizing the artwork for personal social media use.
As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork. I may use any commissioned image for my portfolio, social media, website, printing, and promotion.
I do not own the rights to any copyrighted characters portrayed unless they were created by me.
The commissioner may not distribute, resell, or mint the artwork as NFTs, or use it to promote crypto projects or services.
If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, a commercial license must be discussed and purchased separately.
